Notice of Annual Shareholders’ Meeting

In accordance with Section 1760 of the Federal Credit Union Act, as amended, the members are hereby notified of the Annual Meeting for 2025 to be held at the Methuen Federal Credit Union, 248 Broadway, Methuen, MA 01844, on Wednesday, September 16, 2026 at 6 pm.

Members will be elected to the Board of Directors. The 2025 dividends will be provided and reports of officials will be given.

Light refreshments and hors d’oeuvres will be provided.

We will be raffling off prizes.

Must be in attendance to win.
